副干酪乳杆菌抑制动脉粥样硬化进展的作用及其机制
目的探讨副干酪乳杆菌(Lpa)抑制动脉粥样硬化进展的作用及其机制。方法采用8周龄的雄性载脂蛋白E基因敲除(ApoE<sup>-/-</sup>)小鼠建立动脉粥样硬化模型,随机分为3组: ①正常饲料对照组,10只ApoE<sup>-/-</sup>小鼠; ②模型组:10只ApoE<sup>-/-</sup>小鼠,高脂高胆固醇饲料+PBS灌胃;③副干酪乳杆菌干预组:10只ApoE<sup>-/-</sup>小鼠,高脂高胆固醇饲料+副干酪乳杆菌灌胃。油红O染色观察小鼠主动脉大体及主动脉窦的病理形态学变化;...
