Summary:Health care is now evolving faster than ever with a tremendous proliferation of knowledge and technology. We hope this will lead to better patient care, which is the major interest of us all, whether a true clinician or a bench researcher. As I stand outside the political realm, trying to make changes, whether in our local hospital, or at the provincial or national level, I am truly aware that there is a need for dialogue with governments and administrators to alter the system.
