description The review points out the reasons and mechanisms of urolithiasis appearance, methods of its prevention, surgery, distant and contact lithotripsy, and drug treatment of urolithiasis with the use of thiazide diuretics, citric blend, magnesium drugs, vitamin B6, and phytodrugs. On the basis of the literature data analysis there is a conclusion about the possibility of usage of several systems of impact: citric complex, phytocomponents, and the complex of magnesium ions with pyridoxine hydrochloride.
