乳腺脂肪肉瘤一例报告并文献复习
乳腺脂肪肉瘤罕见。国内11所医院于1973年之前收治的乳腺肿瘤的资料中,脂肪肉瘤仅仅1例,而这例至今未见有详细报告。我科曾收治1例,报告如下。临床资料患者女,23岁,因右乳腺肿块一年于1975年8月27日入院。入院前一年,患者无意中发现右乳腺肿块约指头大小,无不适感。10个月后,肿块逐渐增大如鸡蛋大小。入院前2月,肿块急剧增大,外院用青霉素、链霉素等抗炎治疗无效。...
