Preparation of specific components of Elisa test-system for detection of Schmallenberg desease virus antigens
Preparation of purified and concentrated antigens of Schmallenberg disease virus as well as specific hyperimmune sera in laboratory animals used for the development of indirect sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is described in the paper.
