大天鹅卵壳电镜扫描观察
本文对大天鹅卵壳结构进行了扫描电镜观察,大天鹅卵壳厚度为685±21.96微米,明显地分为四层:外层厚度为58.57±1.90微米。中层厚度为431.91±16.8微米,内层厚度为178.44±8.51微米。内膜层厚度为43.85±5.74微米。羊膜层厚度为61.43±2.26微米。卵孔数为0.1823个/u<sup>2</sup>。卵孔大小为0.3845±0.0825微米。卵壳无机物含量为硅4.36％,钙92.03％,磷1.55％,铁1.89％等。为大天鹅研究工作提供了一些基础材料。...
