A statictical approach to Walfisch-Ikegami model
A simple and universal Walfisch-Ikegami model is preasented on this paper. It is obtained by analysising the Walfisch-Ikegami model by statistical. Compare with Walfisch-Ikegami model, the universal Walfisch-Ikegami model is very simple with low errors and the practicability is improved.
