Description
Summary:Cultural activities produce symbolic goods and services, which play a crucial role in contemporary societies. Any system of cooperation for development must take into account cultural exchange, as an efficient support of technology transfers, and a vehicle for social change. Strengthening decentralized cooperation projects, based on territorial specificities, stakeholder mobilization and sustainable development, appears to be a way to further improve efficiency.
