实验性牙髓炎疼痛诱发c-fos 在中枢内的表达
【目的】了解实验性牙髓炎疼痛信号在中枢的传导特点。【方法】应用免疫组织化学方法检测牙髓炎疼痛诱发中 枢神经系统(central nerve system , CNS)c-fos 的表达。【结果】牙髓炎疼痛能诱导c-fos 在CNS 内呈时间依赖性表达。诱痛后2 h 为Fos 免疫阳性神经元(Fos-like immunoreactivity neuron , FLN)的表达高峰, 4 h 左右开始减弱。FLN 除了密集分布在三叉 神经脊束核尾侧亚核(nucleus of the spinal tract of the trigeminal nerve , caudal par t, sp...
