description The soybean and corn strip cropping pattern is widely promoted globally, but at present, the degree of mechanization of this planting mode is insufficient, and the development of machinery is slow. In this regard, through a review of the literature and a field sowing test, we briefly describe the current situation of soybean and corn strip sowing machinery in the Yellow River basin, analyze the existing problems in mechanized planting, and give suggestions for improvement, aiming to provide a reference for the research and development of machinery.
