东北林蛙与黑龙江林蛙空气呼吸静止代谢率的研究
应用改进的封闭式流体压力呼吸仪,对实验室条件下东北林蛙和黑龙江林蛙的空气呼吸静止代谢率(RMR)进行了研究。结果表明:东北林蛙与黑龙江林蛙体温均与环境温度(Ta)呈正线性回归,且极显著正相关(P<0.01)。在5~30℃之间6个温度条件下,东北林蛙与黑龙江林蛙雌雄个体的RMR均与Ta曲线正相关,相关性极显著(P<0.01),东北林蛙RMR的回归方程为雄性RMR<sub>1</sub>=176.811-0.914Ta+0.573Ta<sup>2</sup>,r=0.875,df<sub>1</sub>=2,df&...
