Puumala病毒核酸探针的制备
依据已知的病毒核酸序列,采用异羟基毛地黄毒脱氧三磷酸尿苷（DIG-UTP）加尾方法进行标记,制备了针对Puumala病毒核酸M和S片段的20个核酸探针,对属于Puumala病毒的CG18-20和Hallnas两个毒株的细胞培养RNA提取物进行测定,其探针具有良好的特异性和敏感性,RNA含量为15ng时仍可显示出明显的阳性反应。...
