镍钛机动预备器械根尖成形能力的研究
【目的】研究 3 种镍钛机动系统预备后牙弯曲根管至不同根尖直径的成形效果。【方法】离体下颌磨牙近中弯曲根管 64 个,包埋 于 Branmante 模型中,随机分为 4 组: Flexofile 预备为对照组; LightSpeed 预备为实验组 A; ProFile 预备为实验组 B; Qantec SC 预备为实验组 C。 根管预备分别至 30 号和 40 号主尖锉,比较预备前后各组间的牙本质切削面积、根管壁最小厚度和根管中心偏移量。【结果】对照组在根尖和 根中段的牙本质切削面积和根管中心的偏移均最大,实验组A 最小(P <0. 01); 实验组 C 在根尖区与对照组无统计学差异(P...
