Description
Summary:The objective of this article was to analyze the Draft Laws on basic education in Brazil, through school and educational psychology. Thus, documentary research was carried out, in which 698 bills in progress were compiled, dated from 2020 to 2023. The documents were obtained from the websites of the Chamber of Deputies, Senate and Legislative Chamber of the Federal District, and were subsequently organized into seventeen thematic axes. As a result, a predominance of bills on the topic of school curriculum and education programs was observed, as well as the absence of projects on the High School National Exam (ENEM).
