感染性心内膜炎住院死亡的影响因素分析
【目的】 探讨感染性心内膜炎(IE) 住院死亡的主要影响因素? 【方法】 对207例1997年1月至2006年12月住院治疗的IE患者的可能导致住院死亡的影响因素进行回顾性分析?对可能与IE住院死亡的相关因素分别行二项分类logistic 回归分析,在单因素分析的基础上,对单因素Logistic回归分析中有意义的因素进行多因素逐步向前(Wald)Logistic回归分析? 【结果】 207例中,住院内死亡49例,病死率为23.67%?单因素 logistic 回归分析结果显示,影响IE住院死亡的因素包括性别?发热?肝大?脾大?血尿素氮?谷丙转氨酶?手术?营养?心功能?多因素Logist...
