脾动脉起始变异1例报告
正常脾动脉起源于腹腔动脉(据Michels统计约82％)。但据Michels(1955)报道,偶然亦可见脾动脉直接起自腹主动脉或肠系膜上动脉、中结肠动脉、胃左动脉、肝左动脉、肝右动脉或肝总动脉等。其中起自肠系膜上动脉者Michels于100例尸体中曾发现1例(1942),其起点系靠近肠系膜上动脉根部之左侧,以后稍向左上倾斜并逐渐横行向左,于胰体左半上缘稍下后方行向脾门。...
