细胞因子基因修饰人口腔鳞癌细胞株的建立及鉴定
摘 要 用PA317包装的携带人IFN-γ、TN F-α或IL-2 cDN A 3种逆转录病毒载体用来转染人口腔鳞癌细 胞株Tca-8113。经新霉素衍生物G418筛选出抗性克隆并扩增产生子代株。PC R和细胞因子生物活性测定证实 细胞因子基因整合入基因修饰细胞并通过细胞分泌相应活性蛋白产物。本研究显示对口腔鳞癌细胞的逆转录 病毒介导细胞因子的基因转移方法切实、可靠。基因修饰细胞株的建立为研究其生物学行为提供了实验对象。...
