脐部癌肿很少见,其中原发性癌比转移癌更为罕见。O’Leary等从世界各国文献中收集到脐部癌肿共157例,其中转移癌114例,原发性癌仅43例。Steck等研究112例脐部肿瘤,其中有48例恶性,转移癌占40例。本文报告1例脐部原发性腺癌,可能来源于残留的脐部卵黄管。...
