骆驼蓬碱、氟尿嘧啶对视网膜母细胞瘤细胞系SO-Rb50生物学效应
在体外检测了骆驼蓬总碱,氟尿嘧啶（fluorouracilum,5-Fu）对人视网膜母细胞瘤细胞系SO-Rb50的生物学效应。两种药物对该细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别是1.437μg/ml与5.321μg/ml,提示Rb细胞在体外对化疗敏感。临床Rb化疗效果欠佳可能与血-视网膜屏障有关。...
