鼻咽血管纤维瘤手术进路分析（附46例报告）
［目的l总结46例鼻咽血管纤维瘤手术所采用的各种进路，以提高治疗水平。【方法l用各种手术 进路切除鼻咽血管纤维瘤46例 ， 其中经腾进路28例，鼻侧切开进路12例，改良Biller's切口联合牁进路1例， 颅面联合进路2例，鼻内窥镜进路3例。【结果)46例鼻咽血管纤维瘤均顺利切除。 平均出血措712 rnL, 复发7 例，【结论】根据肿瘤的大小及范围，采用合适的手术进路，能充分暴露肿瘤，有利于手术操作，缩短手术时间，减少术后复发。...
