| description | Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare, proliferative disorder of Langerhans’ cells. Herein, we report the case of a 28-year-old woman with isolated vulvar LCH, misdiagnosed with herpes simplex infection, successfully treated with thalidomide. |
