Description
Summary:Based on the concept of "territorialization" (Deleuze & Guattari, 1980), we analyze two Brazilian webdocumentaries (Híbridos, 2018, by Priscilla Telmon and Vincent Moon, and EntreVilas, 2018, by Márcia Mansur and Marina Tomé), which take as their starting point a historical research approach (in order to observe different strategies for articulating collective memories with territories, be they the rituals and rhythms of Brazil (Híbridos), or the working-class neighborhoods of Sao Paulo (EntreVilas). Considering the processual perspective of territorialization, we analyze the Brazilian webdocumentaries mentioned as vectors for constructing and writing memory on territories.
