INFLUENCE OF NONEQUIVALENCE OF THE PHASE AND ITS DIGITAL EQUIVALENT ON PRECISION CHARACTERISTICS OF DIGITAL SYSTEMS OF PHASE SYNCHRONIZATION OF MEANS OF COMMUNICATION AND NAVIGATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF ACTION OF HINDRANCES
Influence of replacement of a phase of a signal on its digital equivalent in the form of a time interval between zero transitions of a basic signal and mix of a signal and hindrance to the accuracy of digital systems of phase synchronization of means of communication and navigation is considered.
