| Summary: | This article hypothesizes that an engineering of participation in link with landscape notion may promote awareness of the different actors for the definition and management of territorial projects, and support a sustainable implementation of landscape policies. Two learning situations in south-western France are proposed. In the Hautes-Corbières (Aude, Languedoc-Roussillon), a map of the landscape units and photographs were proposed and used as tools for recognition of landscape characters with various local actors. In Lagraulet-du-Gers municipality (Gers, Midi-Pyrenees), various participants were invited to use photojournalism to decrypt the planning choices implemented on a municipal housing estate and then discuss their meaning and interest. |
