圈养南美貘行为节律及场地利用研究
动物园是野生动物异地保护的重要场所,研究动物的行为和场地利用情况可以为动物园饲养管理提供参考信息。2018—2019年,采用焦点动物取样法对上海动物园圈养的4只南美貘(<i>Tapirus terrestris</i>)不同季节的日行为节律和场地利用情况进行研究。结果表明:(1)圈养南美貘在07:00—17:00的主要行为是休息、运动和采食。(2)探索、刻板和乞食行为的不同季节日间活动节律存在显著差异(<i>P</i><0.05)。(3)休息行为有3个高峰(07:00—08:00,11:00—12:00,16:00—17:00),采食行为有...
