急性肝衰竭的预后差,病死率高达80～90％,治疗上一向是个棘手问题。近年来国外试用人工肝(以活性碳作为吸附剂应用于血液灌流系统)配合常规疗法治疗了急性肝衰竭近100例,但对其疗效迄今尚未定论。为了估价人工肝治疗重症肝炎肝衰竭的疗效,我们从1980年下半年开始进行了人工肝实验研究。现将第一阶段建立家犬急性肝衰竭模型的研究结果报道如下。...
