四逆汤对大鼠血清IgG水平的影响
本文以血清IgG水平为指标,研究了四逆汤及其各单味药附子、干姜、甘草对正常大鼠体液免疫的影响并对比附子、干姜、甘草三者的作用强度。结果表明:四逆汤全方和单味干姜、附子有显著提高正常大鼠血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平,且干姜作用较附子强,而甘草显著降低正常,大鼠血清IgG。结果提示:四逆汤方药可提高正常大鼠体液免疫。...
