阿拉善马鹿冬季肠道菌群的多样性
通过高通量测序技术，对采自贺兰山的20只阿拉善马鹿粪便进行测序及菌群多样性分析。结果表明，20个样品共获得1 564 112条序列，有效序列1 399 562条和2 740个OTUs。其中样品包含24个门和283个属，在门水平上核心菌门，分别是厚壁菌门（Firmicutes）76.71%、拟杆菌门（Bacteroidetes）14.16%、变形菌门（Proteobacteria）3.51%。在属水平上，核心菌属有11个，占肠道菌群的31.46%，分别为孢子杆菌属（Sporobacter）7.38%、拟杆菌属（Bacteroides）4.15%、梭菌属系列（Clostridium IV、Clos...
