丁公藤碱Ⅱ降眼压和缩瞳作用的研究
用双盲法研究观察丁公藤碱Ⅱ滴剂(碱Ⅱ),对原发性开角青光眼72例(144眼)的降眼压和缩瞳作用。结果表明0.01％、0.05％碱Ⅱ的降眼压和缩瞳作用同1％毛果芸香碱液相似。长期滴用无明显的副作用和毒性。实验室研究表明碱Ⅱ在兔眼发生降眼压和缩瞳的同时,伴有房水c-GMP的升高。...
