舒泰、右美托咪定和丁丙诺啡复合麻醉幼龄东北虎的手术效果分析
本研究总结了6例幼龄东北虎脐疝手术麻醉效果,药物选用舒泰、右美托咪定和丁丙诺啡复合麻醉。麻醉期及在给药后10、20、30、40、50、60 min时监测体温(<i>T</i>)、心率(<i>HR</i>)、呼吸频率(<i>RR</i>)、脉搏血氧饱和度(<i>SPO<sub /></i>2<i>)、平均动脉压(<i>MAP</i>),以及镇痛、镇静和肌松效果等。试验结果显示:复合麻醉方案对6例幼年患虎麻醉效果良好,可保障脐疝修补手术顺利完成,对机体的生...
