<正> 黄喉水龟（Clemmys—mutica）的生态有过报道,对它血浆性激素与性腺关系如何未见报道。本文就上述问题进行了初步研究与探讨。材料与方法于1986年4月～1987年4月,先后从本地捕龟者购得黄喉水龟27只,一般从野外捕捉到实验时间间隔约1—2天。动物处理包括称重、量体、捕杀、取血与离心,冷藏和测定等步骤。...
