貉源大肠杆菌毒力基因的检测与分析
为了研究中国东北地区貉（Nyctereutes procyonoides）大肠杆菌的流行情况，对56株源自东北地区不同貉养殖场的貉源大肠杆菌进行主要毒力基因的检测与分析，测定其阳性率与分布情况。利用PCR技术法检测貉源大肠杆菌的iucD，irp2，fyuA，fimH，iss，stx1，ybtA，irp1，stx2，eae 10个毒力基因。结果显示iucD，irp2，fyuA，fimH，ybtA的阳性率分别为3929%（22/56），3750%（21/56），5357%（30/56），9821%（55/56），536%（3/56），而iss，stx1，irp1，stx2，eae均未检出...
