The article presents arguments justifying the need to rethink Russia’s domestic and foreign policy. The author draws attention to the need for science-based management the creation and commercialization of innovative projects for the transition to innovative socially oriented development model of the country. The basic tasks of the innovative development program are analyzed, the main indicators of innovative activity of the country are presented, problems of realization of innovative strategy are revealed. |
