Les historiens du droit administratif sont-ils encore plus positivistes que les administrativistes ?
This article examines the importance French historians of administrative law and contemporary administrativists give to the analysis of positive law. He notes that administrativists are more interested in the doctrine than law historians, whose approach is a more positivist one.
