32P 的无闪烁液测量法研究
【目的】探索一种快速, 准确且无污染废液的32P 放射性测量的方法。【方法】根据契伦科夫辐射( Cerenkov Radiation) 的原理,对各种有闪烁液和无闪烁液测量介质和测量条件进行对比实验研究。【结果】① 无闪烁液的测量效率包括水溶液、 空气和滤膜,分别是闪烁液测量的 80%、67%和 60%; ② 经闪烁液处理的塑料杯测量32P 的效率最高,一般的塑料杯和玻璃塑 料杯分别是闪烁塑料杯的 69%和 50%, ③ 水溶液样品的体积(从 30 uL～ 10 mL)对测量结果没有明显的影响(P >0. 05)。【结 论】闪烁塑料杯的“干式”测量32P,可得最高的探测效率, 并能重复使...
