萎缩性胃炎分型诊断的探讨
对34例萎缩性胃炎患者进行胃窦G细胞密度(GCD)测定,同时观察了胃泌酸功能,血清胃泌素试餐检查、血清壁细胞抗体(PCA)情况。结果;胃窦胃炎组GCD显著低于对照组,其中胃窦中重度萎缩组GCD又低于胃窦轻度萎缩组,差异十分显著;胃体胃炎组GCD高于胃窦胃炎组,差异有非常显著性意义。两组胃粘膜功能改变不同,提示:GCD测定及泌酸功能、血清胃泌素试餐检查有助于萎缩性胃炎的分型诊断,PCA可作为分型的参考指标。...
