石首麋鹿产气荚膜梭菌病的综合诊断
2021年1月18—24日，石首麋鹿国家级自然保护区多头麋鹿（Elaphurus davidianus）死亡。采集组织及粪便样品进行实验室诊断。根据临床症状，组织涂片镜检、病理组织切片观察、细菌分离培养和染色镜检、生化鉴定、细菌16S rDNA和多重PCR鉴定，确诊为A型产气荚膜梭菌（Clostridium perfringens）感染，并根据诊断和药敏试验结果，给出相应的防治建议。...
