HPLC法测定蓝狐胆汁酸成分与含量
建立测定蓝狐(<i>Vulpes lagopus</i>)胆汁酸成分与含量的高效液相色谱方法。其方法为:采用HPLC-UV法,色谱柱为Waters C<sub>18</sub>,流动相为甲醇和KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>溶液,KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>溶液浓度为0.25～0.35 mol/L(pH=3～4),等度洗脱,流速为1.1 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm。结果:蓝狐胆囊胆汁中含牛磺...
