The author presents key principles of building systems of corporate training aiming at improving the quality and competitiveness of engineering personnel, the use of innovation technologies, forms and methods of corporate training. Suggestions for designing the mechanism of developing engineering personnel of organizations of electric power engineering through setting-up centers of assessing employees' competitiveness were given. |
