溶血卵磷酯对人内皮细胞CD73的调节
【目的】 探讨溶血卵磷脂(LPC)对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)胞外5′-外核苷酸酶CD73的调节作用。【方法】 将已汇聚HUVEC的细胞培养皿分为3组:①对照组:培养皿中仅加入乙烯-单磷酸腺苷(eAMP,5 μmol/L);②LPC组:培养皿中在加入eAMP (5 μmol/L)前加入LPC 10 μmol/L;③AOPCP组:培养皿中加入eAMP(5 μmol/L)前加入胞外5′-外核苷酸酶抑制剂α,β-甲基腺苷-5′-二磷酸(AOPCP,50 μmol/L)及LPC 10 μmol/L。在试验第15。30。45 min时以高性能液相色谱仪(HPLC)测定各培养皿中乙烯-腺苷(eAD)含...
