麝鼠消化率的测定
选择人工饲养繁殖2～3岁龄麝鼠6只为实验鼠,测定其实验期全部采食量及排粪量,用凯氏定氮法、索氏抽提法、等离子光谱仪分别测定食料及粪便中蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷等四种营养物质的含量及消化率。结果:蛋白质消化率为83.79％,脂肪消化率84.08％,钙的吸收率为29.40％,磷的吸收率为56.43％。...
