Summary:Introduction: In healthcare organizations, organizational climate and interpersonal relationships are crucial for employee efficiency and satisfaction. Employee attitudes towards behavioral rules and celebrating success significantly influence this climate. This study aimed to analyze the organizational climate and interpersonal relationships within a healthcare organization by assessing employee attitudes towards behavioral rules and celebrating success. Materials and Methods: The study included 67 employees from various sectors participated. A standardized questionnaire collected demographic data, attitudes towards behavioral rules, and celebrating success. Descriptive statistics and significance testing were used for data analysis. Results: Analysis revealed statistically significant findings (p<0.05). The majority (58.20%) viewed treating colleagues as individuals positively, while 53.70% supported organizational behavioral rules. Moreover, 41.80% endorsed celebrating success. However, there is room for improvement in encouraging opinion expression (37.30%) and building mutual trust (34.30%). Conclusion: These findings emphasize the importance of organizational climate and interpersonal relationships in healthcare. Clear behavioral rules and celebrating success contribute to a positive work environment and employee satisfaction. Improving communication and trust among employees can enhance efficiency and unity
