经颈静脉途径肝内门－体支架分流治疗肝硬化门脉高压症
报告１８例经颈静脉途经肝内门－体支架分流术，全部病例均有肝炎后肝硬化并门脉高压症，食道胃底静脉曲张，以及反复静脉曲张破裂出血病史。术后平均门静脉压由术前（４．１３±０．６８）ｋＰａ降至（２．１０±０．３２）ｋＰａ，门静脉血液流速由前（１４．１±８．２４）ｃｍ／ｓ增加至（５１．６±３．４４）ｃｍ／ｓ。术后６个月追踪观察中，食道胃底静脉曲张完全消失１２例，缓解３例，另３例再次出现轻度～中度上消化道出血。...
