昆明某超高层公寓建筑钢结构减震设计
某超高层建筑结构高度为299.8m,位于8度地震高烈度区,采用钢框架-钢支撑筒体系。介绍了该高层建筑的减震结构体系、地基基础和钢柱脚节点设计。为改善结构的抗震性能,采用了防屈曲支撑和钢连梁作为耗能构件。采用了PERFORM-3D软件分别对减震模型和非减震模型进行了罕遇地震下弹塑性时程分析。结果表明,防屈曲支撑既起到了耗能作用,又维持了支撑筒内各支撑框架的刚度(相对于普通支撑),有利于发挥钢连梁的耗能作用;罕遇地震下消能构件耗散了大量能量,减轻了主体结构的损伤,达到了预期的抗震性能设计目标。...
