Description
Summary:This contribution aims to explore methodologies and techniques for implementing the reduction and mitigation of ecosystem and biodiversity impacts through training and communication tools for adequate understanding by heterogeneous and multidisciplinary audiences. The proposed topic is part of broader research started a few years ago that addresses the concepts of resilience, quality and well-being in cities; particular attention is now given to those ‘nature-based’ solutions that can be usefully adopted in the built environment to occupy land ecologically and to implement adaptation and capacity-building measures in cities. The use of information modelling is explored to set up an interactive training support environment for the project, which can be operated with multiple keys.
