| Summary: | By adopting the elastic contacting finite element method,the contacting simulation of the increasing speed gear system for 1MW wind-power generation is carried out and the correlated problem in the meshing calculation is studied.Based on the software Pro/Engineer,the solid model of the increasing speed gear system for wind-power generation is built.By using the software ANSYS,the contact and bending stresses are obtained.According to the obtained results,the most dangerous disk position of the gear system for 1MW wind-power generation is found.It is significant to improve the load capacity and the performance of gear transmission of wind turbine. |
