转移相关基因CD44 和nm23 在滋养细胞疾病中的表达及临床意义
【目的】探讨转移相关基因CD44 和nm23 在预测葡萄胎恶变和滋养细胞肿瘤转移潜能的意义。【方法】采用SP 免疫组织化学法检测30 例葡萄胎新鲜标本和57 例滋养细胞疾病石蜡标本中CD44v6 和nm23H1 的表达情况。【结果】① nm23H1 在30 例葡萄胎未恶变组中的表达显著高于恶变组(P <0.05);②57 例滋养细胞疾病的石蜡标本中, nm23H1 在葡萄 胎组中的表达显著高于滋养细胞肿瘤, 而CD44v6 表达与之相反(P <0.05);③CD44v6 在恶性滋养细胞肿瘤临床Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ 期的 表达显著高于临床Ⅰ 期(P <0.05)。【结论】nm23...
