IMMEDIATE RECONSTRUCTION OF CHEEK AND MANDIBI USING CERVICO-PECTORAL FLAP AND RIB GRAFT: A CASE REPORT
An operation for one stage excision and radical neck dissection for carcinoma cheek and immediate reconstruction using cervico-pectoral rotation flap, rib graft and split skin graft is described and its advantages are discussed.
