增殖裂头蚴病一例报告
增殖裂头蚴病是一种少见的寄生虫病,ConicI(1976)小计世界各地曾报告7例,其中5例在日本,1例在美国,另1例是在布拉格的波兰人,国内尚未见有病例报告。本病一般认为是由假叶目绦虫幼虫引起的一种疾病,能侵犯人体各部,如寄生於面部、颈部、上肢、腿部等,亦能在胸腔或腹腔内增殖,常致人于死命。又因是少见病例,每致误诊为肿瘤,值得引起注意。我们于1982年收治儿童患者1例,报道如下:...
