Abstract The food enzyme endo‐1,4‐β‐xylanase (4‐β‐d‐xylan xylanohydrolase; EC 3.2.1.8) is produced with Trichoderma citrinoviride strain HBI‐TX01 by HBI Enzymes Inc.
